AEROBICUL, reprezinta un complex de exercitii si miscari care dezvolta toate grupele musculare, avand un efect benefic asupra organismului. Este accesibil persoanelor de toate varstele, indiferent de sex. Obtinem un tonus crescut pentru picioare si fese, tonus imbunatatit al bratelor, al spatelui dar si rezistenta. Slabirea este accelerata, la fel si imbunatatirea aspectului general al corpului: picioare ferme cu muschi definiti si alungiti, fese bombate si abdomen plat.
